Most people are used to using services like PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle to pay their friends, family and even contractors, but these services are susceptible to fraud and are not as secure as other bank transactions. Today, Paul tells a horror story about a couple paying 10s of thousands of dollars to their pool contractor on Zelle only to find out that his email account was hacked and that the money was gone.
